HDYDI’s money saving “How to Afford Twins” theme week is now over! We sincerely hope that many of you learned some great new ways to save, budget, cut back, or bring in a little extra. Having kids is an expensive endeavor, and having two or more at once can make things even more expensive.

Love this! Thanks
The second hand shopping and consignment sales posts were helpful. I’m just getting ready for our club’s consignment sale in the next two weeks!
The grocery store is where we spend a good chunk of money each month — with 2 sets of twins, how can you not? Well, your article, Foodie Fridays: Saving Money at the Grocery Store, can help there!. Thank you!

With 5yo twins and a 4yo, we’re always looking for ways to save money. We definitely do a lot of the things you’ve talked about in your posts: the biggest probably being taking advantage of consignment sales. About 75% of the boys’ clothes come from those. The others usually come from grandma.
There’s nothing better than a wonderful grandma!!
I love winning stuff for my 20 month old twin girls!
I think cloth diapering is a huge saver and people are more intimidated than they should be. I also loved the entries on financial planning! Thanks for a great blog.
I love consignment shopping and the multiples sale is a big help!!
I liked the “what do i really need for twins” feature
I read every single article on the how to afford twins series and seriously got something out of each one! Loved the series!
Awe! You read every article! We’re so flattered! Good luck with the giveaway and thanks so much for being a hdydi fan!
Just went to a multiples consignment sale today!
