We love cinnamon rolls at our house. These ones are super-easy and have become our Christmas breakfast tradition, although I make them regularly throughout the year. The bread maker does all the kneading work, which is great for this busy mom. I’ve doubled the recipe with great success.

Oh, my…this looks yummy! During our recent move, I uncovered the instructions for our bread maker, which had been missing since our last move (10 years ago!). I’ve been aiming to dust it off, and this may be the perfect initiation for it!
They are SO good! Let me know how it goes if you try it!
Quick question…do you cover the pan with plastic wrap? Tightly? (I’m a bread novice here!)
No, either loosely with plastic wrap or with a clean kitchen towel. The yeast needs oxygen to grown and rise the dough.
If you don’t have a bread maker and don’t want to kneed, try making cinnamon rolls like this, but with bisquick. Just use the “drop” biscuit recipe on the box!
